Adams Hussey & Associates (AH&A), a direct response marketing agency, received 15 MAXI Awards from the Direct Marketing Association of Washington, DC (DMAW). These 15 awards represented work for 10 different clients, and included programs utilizing traditional direct mail as well as electronic media.
AH&A received one of only three MAXI Awards given in the all-important “Big Idea” category, for work in the Association - Acquisition division.
“We’re extremely pleased that the breadth and depth of work was recognized this year,” said Jim Hussey, President of AH&A. “We were honored to receive awards in the coveted ‘Big Idea,’ and ‘Workhorse’ categories, as well as for our efforts developing a customized website for one of our large national clients - a strategy that helped bring the client’s electronic fundraising to the next level of performance. This was a very exciting year for our firm and the organizations we serve.”
With more than 1,500 members, the DMAW is one of the largest regional direct marketing associations in the United States. The 2006 MAXI Awards were announced at a reception held on July 12, 2006 in conjunction with the DMAW’s “Bridge to Integrated Marketing and Fundraising” conference held jointly with the Association of Fundraising Professionals Washington, DC chapter.
AH&A, with offices in Arlington, VA and San Francisco, CA, provides membership, fundraising, lead generation, and subscription services for charities, advocacy groups, commercial businesses, associations, and other organizations. These services include creative and strategic development, campaign analysis, production management, electronic fundraising strategy and telemarketing program supervision.
