As Vice President of Production, Shannon is responsible for implementing annual cost savings reviews for all AH&A clients. Always finding a more cost-effective and efficient way, she has been able to show substantial monetary savings to many of AH&A clients while ensuring that all packages produced follow all quality control checks before being approved to print, laser or insert.

During her 16 years of experience she has saved tens of millions of dollars for clients. She is tapped year after year to speak at the DMA Washington Nonprofit conference and at the Direct Marketing Association of Washington Innovative Formats Session. She has also been published several times in industry publications.
